UK Chauffeurs the company will not be held liable for missed flights due to airline decision to cancel your flight or late pick ups due to traffic congestion or vehicle breakdown or -lost or damaged baggage due to client choice of vehicle size it is the client reponsibilty to double check the date and time of their arrivals or departure if not sure call or email us the night before the service, This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer More information regarding privacy please click here .

1) Our fares are based on a direct trip with passengers being ready to travel at the time and place specified. (Exclude Airport Pick ups)

UK Chauffeurs and their chauffeurs have the right to refuse any passenger who has excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe (Please make sure you book the appropriate type of vehicle if you have more luggage. ( for example the minibus /van) if you book a small vehicle in which we can't fit all your suitcases by law we will not be able to transfer you with the extra lugage in which case you have three options you either leave the extra luggage at the airport storage facilty and collect them when you go back, take a second Taxi or cancel our vehicle which will incur the charge of the full amout even if you don't take our vehicle .

Waiting time.

2) Our Prices for Airport Meet & greet service exclude waiting time and airport car parking fee gratuity is not included

3) if we are picking you up from an address in the UK and you keep our chauffeur waiting a charge for the waiting time could be added. Our fare will change if you request the chauffeur to do extra pick up on the way or otherwise. Please ask our office or the chauffeur for the extra charge you might have to pay beforehand.

Prices will change only if the passenger request the chauffeur to wait or do an extra pick ups or set downs, diversions.

Passengers requesting the chauffeur to use the (M25 Motorway) or an alternative route may be subject to an increase in fares if the journey results in extra mileage. If it is the chauffeur's own choice to use the M25 Motorway or change the route there is no extra charge

ADDITIONAL CHARGES : Tolls,extra waiting after the first hour waiting at the airport and extra parking fee after the first hour parking fee, phone usage and other surcharges that cannot be known or calculated prior to service are not included in the estimate or initial charge and will be added on top of any agreed cost..

Cancellation

You can cancel your reservation here Cancellation Please put your name and the reservation (Ref Number) you are given in the subject line or you can call our office on 020 7 7337423 if you are in the UK Or
011 44 207 7337423 if you are in North America and 0044 207 733 7423 if you are in continental Europe.

If you have booked an Airport or Seaport transfer or a pick up outside London we Must have 12 hours notice less than 12 hours notice incur a 100% cancellation fee cancellation has to be made between
7am and 1am any day of the week.

1) A full charge will also be made if the 12 hours Notice is not met , even if when you miss your flight or if your airline decide to cancel the flight due to bad weather or for any other reason or if your flight is directed to another airport on arrival,

Please note: if after 2 HOURS waiting at the Airport you don't show up or you don't CALL us to ask us to keep waiting we will leave the airport and you will be charged the full agreed amount PLUS the extra hour waiting and the extra car parking fee

2) For airport transfer bookings or one day or more hire when they are made 5 days or more in advance require 2 days cancellation notice otherwise the company will charge 50% +Tax of the value of the fare

3) Please note if you book a car to do various trips or to be have the car and driver at your disposal for few hours and on the day you change your mind and use our service to do just one transfer or keep the car waiting less hours than you requested in your original booking the full charge of the original booking will be made as we have set the driver and vehicle aside to serve you and we cancelled all other works that could have been done with the vehicle

Please give us enough time so we can accept other reservations and allocate them to our chauffeurs .

(Full charge will be made for no show up)

Please don't make a booking if you don't agree to our terms

As a result of many bookings made by pranksters. We now request Credit Card payment for Booking made from outside the UK and outside Central London ,your card will be charged the night before the journey.

Cash bookings will not be accepted.

Central London

is defined as a generous 22 Miles from Heathrow Airport and 32 Miles from Gatwick Airport toward Central London , over this Mileage a charge of £1.50 per 1 Mile will be added to the original agreed fare.

(Please Note, after any Government Tax increase or Fuel price increase Our prices and offers might change without Prior notice)

However if you have Reserved your car prior to the increase the price given or confirmed will remain Binding

Account Holders will be notified in writing 14 days in advance of any price increase.
